i had a asection 59 about 6months ago on my bike and i was driving the saxo yesterdai and i overtook a car and the police said it was reclous driving so they gave me a section 59 again and because now i had 2 they impounded my car i was wondering if i can get the car back or do they crush it has any1 had this happen to them thanks ian

Section 59 warnings are usually given for very good reasons from my experience, if the officers really wanted to be dicks they could do far more than a section 59.... they were probably hugely unsurprised when your name came back with a previous section 59 if your attitude on here is anything to go by...

If you're willing to stop driving like a pleb and get your motor back i'de pay up with no complaints, failing that, get a bus pass..
