*Reconditionng my engine*

Ok its almost time for me to start driving smileys/smiley17.gif (cant wait) my 1.4 furio saxo was handed down to me from my brother its done 25,000 miles. My brother has ragged it quite abit as you do. i want everything to be perfect when i start as in no problems with gearbox clutch engine etc so as ive got some money i am thinking of reconditioning the engine and replacing parts.
Now i dont what parts might need replacing and
I dont know how much it costs to have a reconditioned engine.
Anyideas would be really great thanks

i wouldnt bother to be honest. its not really done enough miles to need a recondition. even if its bin thrashed a bit you dont really know there is owt thats gonna be wrong with it! just get it a good service and save yourself some money for some mods matey! smileys/smiley2.gif smileys/smiley2.gif smileys/smiley2.gif smileys/smiley14.gif

just get it checked over by a mechanic just to make sure though

yh i would agree with spencer with only 25k it shouldnt need "reconditioning" even if it has been ragged!

i would put the money towards some mods if i was you.
