b8's suitable for coilver conversion

im looking at making a coilover conversion (that simialer to the set pjm300 had for sale)

im just wonder if they would be upto the job, also what spring lb would be best suited for these dampers.

may have this mixed up, But iirc the max u really want to go on B8's is 165lb.
