So, who recommends what?

When giving my VTS a good raping of late, i have noticed the oil temp creeping up close to the red and its running the standard VTS heat exchanger for now.

I was thinking maybe a mocal 10 row and stat.

Pics wanted, reviews and views please

First I'd check the oil level and do an oil & filter change, then check the coolant level in the rad.

all levels are fine, had a new filter less than 1000mls ago when serviced

Running 5w 40......... I think

fairly sure 106rallye didnt have oil coolers, not proper ones anyway.. maybe the water ones.

Mocal is the brand to have, but inreality it doesnt matter as long as its thermostatic
