hi people ive got a 1.1i citroen saxo desire, v reg 51plate i left the car outside for a while and kept starting it weekly eventually it wouldnt start ive changed the battery and till nothing happens and i cant see the starter motor anywhere can someone help please

Starter motor is on the top of the gearbox at the rear of the engine bay. May need to get under the car to get at it easily

when i turn the key, the belt where the alternator is, moves a tiny bit then stops like their is no power it doesnt do a full turn but after i let go about 30 seconds after their is a little clicking noise, but i got a new battery and even put the leads on it, tryed bumpin but nothin

sounds like flat battery but if you have changed it then check the battery ground. also starter motor is quite cheap to pick up to replace

check earth wire or jump it put live to batt+ and earth engin and just cos its a new battery dosent mean its any good take it back to place u got it and ask them to check it

this what happend to mine press the red fuel pump start button hold it for 15secs that done mine hope it helps

well my budget turbo setup isent as easy as i thought ive set sigcon up sort of ok but the mf2 is a problem i havent got a AFR meter so doing by trial and error ive set mf2 at 80% @ 5000 rpm 55% at 4000 rpm 30% @ 3000 rpm and 20% @ 2000 rpm dose this sound right or is there going to be a small fire under my bonnet when i drive to work in mornin cheers for any advise

ive changed the starter motor and it still wont start, even tried bumping it and the battery is ok think the car is just fubard

Petrol? :P You may have rinsed the tank if you've been starting it daily for however long.

alrite pal ive been told it might have something to do with the relay wot ever that means thats why its not starting u knw ewt on them
