at the cituning website they say that wit an 8v wen jou keep pressure at 6psi you need no lower compression is this true? and when you put a metal plate under your cilinder head how much boost can you use then? I hope you all understand what i mean cuz mij english is not so well.

thats the max you "should" run with no lowered compression, however dont expect it to last long, its not just the amount of boost that causes engine failure its the heat generated from it, your effectivly compression a large amount of air and forcing into the engine. I would stay away from cittuning, they do a basic kit and thats all it is.

14.5/7=1bar so divide by that.
