Valve clearances

Wondering if you can help (new to forum) :y:

I have a 1997 saxo vtr 8v and need to adjust the tappets

Does anyone know the correct clearances for exhaust and inlet??

And havent got a torque wrench, how tight do the 'lock' nuts have to be?
