hi was thinking of getting these cat cams for my rallye just wondering if there any good, what kind of bhp increase would i expect?

tbh mate that cam isnt much better than std rallye cam, if anbything the std cam is better here is the specs of the std rallye cam

if your thinking of camming your rallye and wanted a catcam most people tend to go for the 4900646 or 645, but ive heard it can be very close on valve contact with pistons wth the 645 so alot tend to go for 646

or you could go for the newmans ph2 that is made for the rallye xsi heads and are similar spec to the catcam, but not quite as much lift but will see good gains with either 646 pr ph2

both will need a remap though mate should see some great gains with them too
