Revs to low!

Whenever I start my car the revs are always too low, especially when its cold! I know its not the choke because it does come on, just not enough. My revs go down to around 5000 and judders, after a while the car comes round but its so annoying!! Could never sell it with it doing this :( can anyone help??
I have had my "throttle body" Reset :wacko: but this seems to have not done much!

try cleaning the fuel injectors this may fit it :)

could it be anything to do with the idle control valve?
clean it up with a bit of carb cleaner that may sort it out
