mate if you go on google. type something like saxperience spark plugs or something it will tell you if their is anything on here about them. or at the top hit search. and you will get alot more info as everyone has had this convo and wont keep giving the same advice over. but for you i have my old post :y:

cant mind the part number but i was using plugs that are meant for a ford rs turbo on advise from john at gmc.

Well i've been using NGKpfr7b which are out of a impreza turbo.But i keep burning the electrodes? NEED to find better plugs.:wall:

bcr8es will cope with hoter conditions than the pfr7b i use bcr8es in my escort rs never had any probs with them

well i'm not sure how can a rs turbo plug be beteer than an impreza plug? Ive been looking at HKS gc8 heat 8 plugs? not sure if it will blow a hole in a piston thought? any help;)

i just looked at those bcr8es plugs there only rated for 204 bhp.

yeh my rs is just shy of 200@the wheels so they cope ok at just over a bar of boost
