Hi.

Pretty sure the loud knocking in my head is due to one or more of the hydraulic lifters failing.

Citroen want ~£200 for 16 of them, Newmans want £184 for 16 and EuroCarParts want ~£200.

I don't fancy buying some cheap crap ones but anyone know of anywhere cheaper?

Cheers.

Yeah man I don't fancy taking risks with some dodgy cheap shit but I'm just wondering if £184 is the cheapest :( Looks that way tbh!

Cheers anyways.

Walk in to Citroen covered in oil and grime and ask for the parts. Then when they give you a price ask for trade. Just don't burst out in hysterics or turn red. If they ask what company just make up a name. Then bobs your uncle you get trade price :y:

Drop http://www.newman-cams.com/ a line, they now supply OE lifters after a bad run with 'cheap' lifters ;)

Cheers peeps.
