you need the cam, headbolts, headgasket, timingbelt, water pump, vernier pully(advisable) and thats just to get it running :(
dont think ive missed anything im sure someone will update if i have.
Water pump and timingbelt are optional but your best to do them while your there.

Don't need uprated valve springs unless you get it mapped - can run a higher rev limit that way. A lad on here fitted one to his 98bhp VTR engined 206. Made just over 120bhp at the fly unmapped and with breathing mods IIRC.
You'll want to fit it with a vernier pulley and have the cam timing properly adjusted on the rollers to get anywhere near that figure though.

Is it any more than getting to the original cam removing it and putting this in or will i need to find out the gaps etc?

you will need to reset the valve clearence (tappets) do a different measurement which is on newmans website, thats fairly straight forward though
you will also need to change the cam timing as it uses completly different timings, you can do this yourself, but is best to get someone to do it on a dyno so they can be set up properly
