Hey guys i'm thinking of selling up my bmc and running a open cone filter.

I want to run heat proof induction piping from the tb to behind the passenger headlight and clip on a big air filter, is there any you guys recommend? I want it big as poss really but not to big so it doesnt fit in between the battery and light.

Also is this a good setup? Because its steering away from the manifold and engine so not the usual heat soak.

Cheers

sounds ok i guess but would be better with a decent cold air feed.
i like the idea of morrettes.
why dont you use the bmc with the standard bit of saxo air filter set up from the slam panel and connect the 2 with some tubing?

if your headlight is on it will get hot also point off a colud air feed is that it comes out from outside i.e. cold air, just cut a hole in the side of your bumper like the meganss do it!
