Intercooler Piping (64mm)
Turbo oil feed/Return pipes inc sump Drain plug
Head Gasket
19mm decomp plate
3 stage boost controller Electronic
Garrett T2 Turbo

5th Injector setup using MF2
Turbo Custom down pipe

you will also need a wideband afr guage mate so you can tweak the mf2 so fuleing is spot on :y:

oh and i dont think you will need the decomp plate if your running forged pistons mate

Hold on let me get my piece of string..

All DIY turbo setups are going to result in different power

My shot in the dark would be 250 give or take 150.

Good luck anyway

Bump!!

a bump after only 14 minutes? Calm down :)

Look on Google, you can find the capabilities on the T2 turbo.

A home made turbo kit can give all sorts of various outputs. I would not get hung up on figures. Just make sure the car is mapped well and drives smooth. Then if you still need to go to the pub with a figure to band around, head to a local rolling road. :)

As your in Kent i would suggest Torque of the Devil, they are top lads and know there stuff. Will get a nice print out then :)

Sounds like a decent spec so it should drive nice.

Kind Regards

Garry

all depends on what spec of t2 you have, there are hundreds of 't2' turbos

as said dont need decomp with forgies and all depends on set up and engine condition for power, also id say it would run shit with a 19MM decomp on tbf ;)

btw 210 at the wheels is a bit high with that spec tbh

the intercooler at 57mm, I presume this is capicity. This is around the size of a grain of sand lol.

inter cooler piping, well what about it?

Turbo oil feed/Return pipes inc sump Drain plug.
this will in no way affect power, all saxos have a drain plug btw

Head Gasket
my lawnmower has one

19mm decomp plate
run with what size head gasket and skimmed head ect

3 stage boost controller Electronic
what are theese 3 stages of controlled boost?

Garrett T2 Turbo with mod manifold
Ok but what has turbo come of/inteded for

5th Injector setup using MF2
15cc or 1550cc injector ect

Turbo Custom down pipe
made of 1/4" copper pipe or 3" stainless with gas flowed bends

Dump Valve Inc fitting kit (64mm)
has no effect on those poor horses what so ever

Blue Mushroom Air Filter
sorry I dont like veg

wossoner forged pistons & rods
hi comp/low comp?

Like people have said how long is a bit of string? Feasibly you could loose power. But if you do get 1.1 bar of boos and everything is working correctly and well together then potentially around 190bhp but that is extremely approximate. But by the sounds of the spec list your could be in for some real problems.
