4-2-1 manifold

hi there,ive read alot of u have 4-2-1 manifolds but can anyone tell me the benefits of having one??? bhp etc... and does anyone have ideas of reasnoble prices for them,

dont really know the bhp on them think there around 3-5bhp benefits are wid a full system or backbox sound ace and pull alot better from lower revs. but the bad bit is new around 330-350 quid for a good one. get them on here second hand tho cheaper

330-350? Can get a Raceland for about £150 brand new, and while it's a bugger to fit, it's been proven to give just as good gains as more expensive manifolds. Even above that you're only looking at about £200-250 for a good one. By the time you get to ones that cost £330-350 you're looking at mega expensive top of the range ones, that aren't really gonna give any more gains than one that's £100 (or more) cheaper on an almost standard engine.
