is there much gains in heat wrapping the manifold... if so what ??

Just keeps engine bay temperatures down mate, which imo is always good. especially when you have an induction kit........less heat soak

It is worth it imo
It also keeps the exhaust gases very hot which mean they travel faster thus exiting the system quicker which is what its all about really. And as mentioned keeps engine bay temperatures down, which is always good. And imo it just looks good aswell, and shows you take tuning seriously.

All dpends what manifold you have.
Standerd cast one you cant wrap, but could use a jacket on
4 branch you can wrap
make sure you seal it correctly
