injectors? rattling

i've had my mk2 vtr for nearly a year now and every time the temperature's dropped i've noticed a slight rattling noise from the engine bay. a few people have said it's just the natural noise from the injectors but it's bloody annoying!

i've looked through the search option and people have suggested this as a reason for rattling but the only solution offered is to change the oil filters etc but that was done in may and the noise continued just not as regularly which i put down to the warmer temperatures

can anyone tell me if i'm right that it is the injectors and how to shut it up if it is? someone said just chuck an induction kit +/or exhaust on so i can't hear it but would like it sorted!

I had similar with my VTR, Was the Coilpack and fuel rail mounting loose, one screw tighten later and it was sorted. Try leaving the engine running and holding different parts till it stops....
