make sure where the injector seals fit against the plastic of the inlet is clean and free from debris, and the o rings aren't split etc.
I use a bit of spit to put on the o rings to help them slide in nicely :P
Been fine for me

i took the inlet manifold off and the injectors back off the car, cleaned the side of the head where the inlet manifold bolts to so it as a nice flat smooth surface, put a bit of grease round the rubber gaskets and bolted that on and done the same wih the injectors but made sure not o get it anywhere nearthe holes and fueling areas :)
