flat tyres but not flat :S

when i was driving earlier i hot a bump.. quite badly... i pulled in because i thought i had a flat tyre, checked all round all seem to be fine but still when im driving it feels like i got a flat tyre.. dnt no if its the drive shafts or sumthing?? any1 no what it could be ? let me no cheers

Take the wheel off and have a look and roll the wheel by hand and see if its that causing problems.
