Supersprint stuff is very good, if you have the later mk2 then your catalyst will be in the manifold, fitting a supersprint will therefore decat the car. This will fail your MOT on emissions unless you fit one back in for that time of year.

Janspeed make a 4-1 with sports catalyst which i have also, these seem to be very good and i felt a real gain once fitted, the car pulls very well through all the gears and especially 2nd and 3rd when compared to how it felt standard.

yeh got the cat in the mani, was thinking of having two different system that i can just interchange, ive also seen bm replacement race catalysts, does anyone know if these are good? as i was considering maybe changing the cat or is it worth investing in a decat?

Sports cats arnt really worth the money, either have a cat or none.

Agreed.

De-Cat all the way I say, Mine passed MOT with straight through System.

Don't mean yours will but De-Cat's the way forward :)

As you have the Mk2 the manifold and de-cat will be one item.
