Im looking for some help. I have a saxo vtr 2003 and im looking to modify it. Im after an exhaust and an induction kit at a reasonable cost. which makes should I look for and the best place to shop for them?

Im after a great sound and any extra power is a plus.

Full piper exhaust system - pick the tailpipe you like, and a decat section with a atainless 4-1 manifold

Pipercross open air filter

most popular choice on here will probably be supersprint exhaust, and a bmc cda or a raceland/green enclosed induction kits

I would agree with either the Piper or Supersprint, with the Piper being the better quality.

You can get these from my site :)

I hope that helps.

Kind Regards

the supersprint race system and a raceland manifold gets about 13bhp on the vtr which is a pretty good gain from a normally aspirated car. As for quality. I dont think supersprint is any worse than piper. Supersprint welding is probably the best i've ever seen so i'd say they are pretty much on par.

would you say there was any difference in the raceland and the bmc induction?

Anyone have a Pipercross Venom? I would like some info on it as my dad is looking for induction kits for his Saab 93 and would like to know what there like.

And its not worth spending loads on a induction kit, at the end of the day its only going to bet you 5bhp at the absolute maximum.

yea the raceland do come with a small filter but you can buy the raeland/green package which gives you a bigger green air filter

my mate paid £50 for his thats the only reason he got a bmc in my eyes they are both really good and the best you can get for the saxo so why buy a bmc when it's no better then the raceland. The only advantage the bmc has is that its easier to remove when working under the bonnet
