Im after competition head gasket, found two on Cituning, "MD21155/7712 1.2mm Competition Headgasket" or "C2091E -Head Set with Steel Gasket"
question is- does anyone use any of them? if so which one would be better?

What is your engine setup? Plenty of the guys racing normally aspirated cars use standard gaskets. I was running something like 12.5-1 compression on a standard gasket. The boosted and N2O guys tend to go for the metal gaskets.

working on my spare engine and not sure if i should go for steel or the other one, just wonder if anyone used them and maybe know the thickness of the steel one to,anyway engine would be only for track days and it will have:gas flowed, skimmed head, lightened and balanced flywheel and crankshaft, competition bearings, sump baffle kit...few other bits done, its black top vtr
