If your going boost then don't skimp on an afr gauge/system - it'll save your engine!! That one looks cheap and has no indication as to the scale on the dial - what afr is lean/rich ?!
I'm running LC-1 and its been fine, wished I'd have gone for a gauge for it now as need the laptop to read the afr ratios

lol but it will give me a bit of idea won't it?
do you think i could wire that gauge to a wideband if i get one?
it matches the other gauges i have lol

I'm sure you could wire it into other gauges you have - but the gauge itself is shite IMO - it give you no figures for the afr.
If it matches your other gauges then i suppose it's better than nothing but I'd get a gauge with wideband as the gauge itself ontop will cost you the same as the shite gauge.
LC-1 w/o gauge around £150
LC-1 w gauge around £180
so for £30 extra you get a decent gauge that actually tells you what the afr is.
The ebay one will give you an idea though of whats going on - upto you really tbh

a mate of mine is thinking of also going boost and is looking at getting a wideband at the weekend... if he lets me fit that to my car then i will do that to compare it with my gauge to see what the difference is like if that makes sense?
but surely if i keep it way above the lean area, maybe a notch in or out from rich then shouldnt do it too bad?
will see how things go :)

dont do it man its £168 for a wideband lc1 and gauge.
a mate has one of them basic ones fitted to his vtr and it is rubbish doesnt even show a reading once boost comes in.
