Yes, but they are notorious for being bad fitting.

And i think you will have to relocate your oil filter aswell.

Should do, but the raceland manifolds are a b*tch to fit apparently, if you use the search theres a thread that guides you through fitting it.

where is it supposed to be awkward because ive got a piper middle section if that makes a difference and what is better mild steel or stainless?

the bottom row of nuts on the head and the gearbox mount sometimes lines up like a 8 year old chinese boy with sausages tied to his fingers has measured it.
imo stainless is better as it wont corrode but it depends on your cash situation and how long you intend on keeping the car.

a would spend up to 200 on one but dont think a could go above ano a can get a piper one fitted for 290 but a dont know wether a can strecth that far its a shitta

Could always wait until a Supersprint or Piper one comes up the for sale section?

I have seen quite a few around the £200 mark :)
