Rad Fan Not Kicking In

My rad fan aint kicking in only just brought the car after driving it back and noticing the temp gauge is way past the half way mark and no fan, fuse looks ok, would could this be?

mine doesnt kick in until it reaches 3/4.

yeah about 3/4 mine comes on aswell
