jus got a vts engine off my mate that he paid 800 for 6 months ago for 180 quid its bin rebuilt, cammed, vernier pulleys, ported and polished.... With receipts to prove it, it jus wants a good clean up cus its a bit grimey with grease etc, so what do ya think i should do?? Try to polish the rocker covers or paint them? Also does anyone know of a real good degreaser they could recommend to me please? And the inlet manifolds been painted tacky looking silver so how can i remove the paint without damaging it? Any advice welcome lol cheers

upload them onto a photobucket account (free to setup)
when you've got the pictures in there, you copy over the IMG code and simply paste it in the reply box and then it'll show the picture you copied the IMG code from

i use comma hyper clean, its very cheap and when used with a wire cleaning bit in the drill it works a dream.
Paint the bottom end with hammerite to tart it up abit.
Use nitromors on the rockers to strip the paint. Then Paint them rather than polishing them up.
