vts bogging at 4000 revs

hi iv done a vts conversion on my vtr and when i rev it up it gets to 4 grand and then jus cuts out but if u let off its fine any idears ?

just serviced it b4 i put it in a dont think its to much air its got standard airbox on it

when u r reving it and it cuts out at 4000 reves does the angermanagent light cum on if so i would say cam shaft sencour
