tempreture problems

might be in the wrong section so if it is im sorry

when i start my furio the temp does not move but when i drive it moves up and down from one extreme to the next (hot-cold) then fan comes in fine and does not over heat. if anyone has experience this problem or know how to fix this problem will be very help full
