it underfuels before 4000rpm and over fuels after 4000 rpm apparently..

can someone please show me what the fueling should be like please..

all the car has a supersprint race system and decat atnd it ran 119.8 :(

Correct me if iam wrong, they only 120 standard. And takining into consideration things like age, milage, general wear, service history, might explain the low figure you got. What were you hoping for.?

Depends on the rollers.

I made 119 on one set, then 142 on another, and all I did was change the air filter, which I somehow doubt gave me 23bhp, so take all results with a pinch of salt.

Fit a fuel return and go from there - I dnt know why people go to all the hassle and expense of doing the engine conversion but scrimp on not fitting a fuel return, it's no harder to do than fit an engine.

i need to find 6mm fuel hosing..
the only places i have found fuel hosing come in 1metre lenghts and you have to connect them all together.

can you recomend anywhere that sells 6mm hosing in 5metre lenghts?

Hampshire Hosing in Southampton should sell you lengths of cabling.

Looking at your fueling curve, it's running 13.75 at it's leanest, and 12.5 at it's richest.

To be honest, that's not MILES away, since the ideal AFR is 13:1 at WOT all the way through?

Fit a fuel return first, then see where you are

if using the vtr 3.5fpr that will explain the AFR being too rich high up in the rev range.

spot on comment there!!!

dyno where never made for power runs!! but for tuning reason, so see if mod on the engine are working,

but yer the rueling looks abit out, seem very up and down which it shouldnt be on full throttle, should be a very flat line across the rev range, maybe it due to not having a feul return.

FPR is a very good point, I believe VTS is at 3 bar, not 3.5 correct me if I'm wrong of course!

Also, given it a service recently?

yes they are 3 bar FPR, unless it mapped with a bigger FPR it will run wrong.
