i think it should do but you may need a bigger gasket mate. not 100% sure on the gasket thou.

Depends mate. Does yours have the cat in manifold?
We fitted a catback system from a 98bhp vtr (cat in manfold) to a cat under car saxo, and all it did was decat the one we fitted it to. So centre section merried up with manifold.

yes my CAT is in the mani, my mate has a standard mani on his GTi but wants a silencer in his center to make his exhaust quiter.. sounds like it should fit ok?

Yeh it will fit. I did the same on a 1.4 MK1 recently. but bear in mind, your centre section is longer and will therefore decat his gti as well.

yeh thats fine mate thanks :) his GTi is decatted anyway, he just wants it quieter :)

Yes it will fit to all models they are completely interchangeable.

As said it will decat cars with cat underneath.
