backbox

just want to ask a question please.
will a sportex backbox make my fuel go quicker?
i have been told it doea and tht is has'nt i would like to know as i am new here and i want to upgrade my citroen saxo mk1:p.

Just a back box wont affect your fuel useage, i hae one and it doesn't affect it, infact mines now getting more MPG :S
