Really easy.
2 bolts on the gearbox, 1 bolt that bolts it to the fork that joins the car, and it pops off.

1/5 on the easy scale as mentioned above ^^

Its easier than taking a wheel off if the mount is already in the bracket. If not then its as easy as presseing the old bush out and pressing a new one in.
15min job.

would i have to support the engine so id need two jacks. im from manchester. would this be causing my throttle pedal to vibrate at about 4000 revs and beyond? does any1 elses car jerk when they are goin easy down the motorway? cos say im driving along at about 55 2 60 and let off my car jerks but its only when im goin down the motorway and just touchin the throttle?

Yeh that will probably be the reason for the jerking that your getting.
Dont really need a jack or anything and u can move the engine with one hand into position.

Powerflex are a good midranger probably get them from Kam Racing. GrpN are okay, but not overly better than Powerflex imo and then you have the GrpA's which i wouldnt reccomend ona road car if you want comfort.
