Either Ecu with the Vts loom - will depend on what parts you're changing over to j4 too

How many plugs is your car currently?

Buy a loom to match it, unless it's a 200 year them match the year and plug

Also the 106 loom will not fit in a saxo without lots of chopping and resoldering.
Fit the j4 cams into the jp4 head and use the same year loom as your car and run the j4 ecu to match the loom

another question :D Would a vtr flywheel which has the same part number as a vts flywheels fit my tu5jp4? Also does a standard gti/vts manifold fit?

Flywheel should be identical, there are 2 different types though but i think that more related to which gearbox you have.

Exhaust manifold yes, inlet mani no, you have to drill and tap the head to get the inlet mani to fit.

Also you'll need a sump off a VTS/GTi

Hope this helps, i've got just the JP4 head so trying to gether as much info as I can as well!
