hello every one,

ive got some problems with my fuel gauge it wont show any lower then quarter of a tank! i have tryed 3 pumps and still have the same problem! i bought a vts pump off ebay and when its out of the tank it shows empty and the light comes on and the gauge will move up and down when you move the arm on the pump! but when its in the tank it's lying to me as i found out when i ran out of petrol! any ideas? thanks

Could be the guage itself on the instrument cluster thats faulty.

i dont think it as because if the pump is out of the tank the guage reads empty and when i move the arm up and down on the pump the guage moves accordingly
