hi i have a furio, and everything is fine until i get to about 3500rmp, sometimes 3000. when i do the rev counter just slides up and i ent got any faster, like it goes from 3000 to 5000 in a second, also in most gears, does anyone know whats causing the problem??? Thanks:y:

sound like your clutch is slipping, when your stopped put it in 4th and if it doesnt stall you need a new clutch :n:

Simple test, go for a little drive with the car at 30mph pop it in 5th gear then foot too the floor. If you can get to 60mph without the revving you described then its not your clutch.
But my bets are you will be able to watch your rev counter go up but no increase in vehicle speed.
Also best done on a national speed limit road, let us know how it goes

sounds like clutch, for defo, go up a steep hill and put it in a high gear if it revs the tits off its self your clutch is bye bye

hi
the 4th gear pull off - car started to creep forward and then stalled
the 30mph in 5th to 60mph - was fine tried it twice and it was sweet on both..
but did notice that when i put the clutch down the revs are bouncing between the revs 0 and 1...does this sound like a clutch slipping
Thanks
