So i got a few quid for my birthday and feel like just getting a backbox, cant be bothered spending loads of money on straight threw pipe or anything so just the backbox

Came across this. What do you guys think?

Are they any good? nice sound? will it fit a Saxo furio 1.4 ?

im pretty sure it would fit cause its universal mate
and as for sound this should be a rough guide

wouldnt reccomend it personaly as you could get better for your money
but its your car at the end of the day

nope mate they are rubbish, plus are universal fitment so would cost a bit to get them fitted. My mate has one on his old clio and apart from looking stupid you barely noticed it. Have a look at piper backboxes mate, they are great quality, fit nicely and sound just right. sporty when you give it some but doesnt drone when on the motorway

That's not even cheap for a universal, few extra quid will get you a sportex made for the saxo, £87 or something.

Yepp, 3" Sportex from online autosport is £87 and is made for a saxo :)

Thanks for the comments but not a fan of the 3", maybe chavvy but i like the 4" Jap's but if i struggle to find one i'll go for one of them, also theres a piper at my local halfords? donou if its worth looking at it

4" is a too big for the saxo. The 90's are over!

4" is just rubbis but if thats what you want piper do a 4" slash cut

Sportex also do a 4" if that's what you want but it's a little bit more expensive.

Youtube it for sounds/looks :)

I love mine tbh and you can get the "race tube" centre section for £49!
