JP4 head conversion - What do i need?

Right,

I've got a 1998 R reg 106 GTI and i have a 2004 206 1.6 16v cylinder head.

I got a mechanic doing the work but i need to know how much it's going to cost me.

I know i will need the cylinder head skimmed which i've had a quote of £30.

As far as i know, the cams and valve springs need swapping over but what else do i need to buy? Thermostat etc... and rough prices please.

So far i have prices down as:

MOT - £40
TAX - £105 (6 months)
Skimming - £30

The 206 head will need drilled and tapped to take the 106 gti inlet manifold(if its the plastic standard one ur using) not sure on how much you would get charged for that

Any idea where you'd take this to get done?

I'm guessing it's have to take my inlet manifold from my 106 with me so they can see where needs drilling?
