hi. i have a saxo vtr and was wondering is there any point in putting a 4-2-1 manifiold in it or just use the one i have which i think is a 4-1. and how much you reckon it would be for a 4-2-1 manifold. Thanks

Theres plenty of threads about this sort of thing mate. Use the search button.
Short explanation is the 4-2-1 manifold will improve response in the low to mid rev range.
The 4-1 will increase response higher up the rev range. Most daily driver cars have 4-2-1 manifolds as they spend most time in the mid to low rev range. 4-1's are better for track and high tuned cars e.g bodies or turbo etc. Constantly near the redline in other words. Hope this helps.
