i wouldnt bother insuring it on a 1.1... wll be fine.... mine is still for mate only a tenner now as it needs a clean

still declare it mate. for the sake of an extra £30 max on ur premium its better than being caught with it and being refused future insurance or forking out a huge sum if you find someone who will insure you

thing is moxy if it's classed as an air filter my insurance goes up by 56 quid i was shocked and the amount of police which camp their ass 500 yards down the road it really isn't worth the risk.

Yes it is definetly is classed as a air filter modification. Get a performance panel filter :y:
