Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched and found nothing.
What does everyone think of this http://www.cituninguk.com/serv_normasp.aspx? I want a bit more power in my VTS, would go for their turbo kit but can't afford that. Would it be worth it? I'm looking at the Stage 2 one btw for Mk2 VTS. How much bhp increase will I see? I would just buy the parts and fit myself, but really when it comes to engines and modifying them I really don't know my arse from my elbow.

Thanks :y:

there are other companies id use over them.

if you dont know your arse from your elbow fitting engine parts may not be the best idea? :D

GMC/QEP/Kam racing can all supply good parts and dont do the 'stage tuning' crap ;)

I'd get them to fit it for me lol. Although I'm not a complete idiot, I'm sure I can use the how to guides, just a bit of a lazy c***, you know? I mean I fitted my own headlights though :fcuk:
So anyway, how much hp are we talking? In the end I want about 150, get the feeling I'll be way off though :ponder:

Go with some nice cams (708's,ph3's, bp285's) then get a good exhaust system sorted - them TB's and a standalone Ecu fitted and mapped up.

Should see you the right side of 150bhp
