Does anyone know if you can fit a
Vtr Cam con-rods pistons and tht into a 1.1 and put the vtr head on it?
asin keeping the bottom end caseing and fiting the 1600 internals in it?

iirc you can do it with the 1.4 four but not the 1.1. there is no point power hunting for a 1.1 cheaper to just bite the bullet and buy the 1.6 for it.

my mate just had vtr cams and other things in his 1.1 saxo.
i can get the boys number for you if you like. he says in edinburgh.
it defo faster but ide just drop a vtr engine in your saxo tbh.
