"ecu chipped, 4 brach manifold, pipercross viper induction kit, fully tuned, kent cams"
Cams and "chip" = Depends on cam but i wouldn't say more than 15bhp
4 branch manifold = 2-5bhp
viper induction = 1/2bhp if it's got a good cold air feed?
Fully tuned = ? WTF
So really it won't be any more than 140 / 142bhp ish, but i will bet you it is more like 130bhp :homme:

a properly ported cylinder head can give another 40 bhp

fully tuned could be any number parts on the engine, ported head/skimmed head/bigger throttle body/bodys/different inlet manifold/different exhaust manifold/ better exhaust system

on a ford forum and came across a thread about porting cylinder head the owner of the vehicle ported the cylinder head him self and got 18 bhp then the tuner got another 24 bhp from the same cylinder head

From my understanding you can get about 10% extra power from an engine with a well P&P'd head. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

If it had ANY of that done he would have put it in the description! Did you even look at the link?
We are not stupid! We know what can give you power increases big or small!

Head work won't give you any power increase unless there's restrictions there in the first place. During the process, the head could be skimmed and / or a thinner head gasket could be fitted, effectively increasing the compression ratio, leading to a little more power. However, the ignition timing would have to be altered, and this also goes on the basis that the compression ratio could be increased in the first place. It's possible that the timing would have to be retarded too much to hold off any denotation, effectively losing power...
