What oil

Hey chaps gonna do a oil change this sat but not sure what oil would be best for me little vts its done 115k, now i think 10w/40 reffers to the thickness in winter being 10w and 40 being how thick when warm is that right? but what do i get lower grade like 5w/40 or even 0w but mainly do i get fully synthetic or half and which brand? thanks chappies.:boxing:

10w does not mean winter it means weight after 100.000 miles you could need a thicker engine oil have you tried a fully synthetic engine oil i run silkolene pro s/pro r you could try opie oils

how will i know what is thicker and i gather you mentioned this because of the high milage? was thinking of getting Castrol Edge Sport 0W40 Oil 4 Litre yea or nay.

just get a fully synthetic 10w40
