Injectors

Apologies in advance if this is the wrong section, however.

My VTS is running on 3 cylinders, popped it on to a diagnostics, came back with Injector fault, "P0204 Injector Circuit/Open Cylinder 4"

What does this mean?

New injector, or new injector loom?

I guessed that much ;)

However I've been told conflicting things, which is why I'm asking if I need a new injector, or new injector loom.
