I have a cheap one in atm will it make much of a diff if i put a K&N one in? :homme:

not really, just different sounds i guess as the way the air vortex's in?

the price is what's different - that's about it.
actually depends on the filtration medium employed on the induction kit... some filter mediums are better than others. Also the 'quality' materials... some are better heat insulators than other and some are more durable.

No difference at all mate. Have you got your cone filter on for sound?

the one i have is like sponge, i have a feeling it will be terrible lol! My focus had a K&N one and it was like mesh i presume there will be a big difference in that case?

Will last a lot longer, filter better, and probably allow more air through at the same time. Not worth upgrading however if you aready have one, wait until you need to then get one.

put the standard airbox back on.
it wont sound shit like it proberly does now.
will improve perfomance
will decrease insurance
will improve mpg.
knowing this why the hell would u want an open air filter.:wacko:
