Not very likely, although it would be advisable to uprate your brakes and suspension along with the engine.

The fun bit will be labour costs unless you can do it yourself..
You may get the engine cheap but that's only the start of it

Personaly i would save the money for a vts mate then you have it all there ready and waiting with no hassle plus will cost a fair bit converting

Not really but it would be a start. You are better off just waiting until you can afford at least a westie or a VTR or something.
