You'll need the Engine, Loom, Ecu, Mounts, Top Radiator Hose and that should be about it.
Its easier if the ECU is unlocked, and has the same plug set up as your current VTR one

In an ideal world the full conversion kit would consist of;
Engine
Loom + ECU (same plug)
VTS Gbox
Engine Mounts
radiator
Twin fan setup
top radiator hose
dshafts
then all the other "attached bits"; Manfiold, started, altenator etc. etc.
However, they are rather thin on the ground; you dont "need" the dshafts, radiator and fans (just modify the hose from the vtr setup.)
You dont "need" the vts gbox, however its advisable as the "r" box's have longer ratios and are generally shit.
You dont "need" to have the same plug ecu + loom but its HIGHLY reccomended as you will rip your testicles off in frustration.
All that will set you back what? £400ish. give or take.
Then fitting, £250.

Engine
Loom + ECU (same plug)
VTS Gbox
Engine Mounts you only need the top mount bracket, yhe rest ou can use from the vtr
radiator if your car is a y reg or newer chances are it has a full length rad, if it does this is the same as a vts
Twin fan setup vts only has a single fan but a twin housing, the vtr fan is fine
top radiator hose
dshafts you want to use your current driveshafts, they'll be identical to the ones on a vts except yours wont have an abs pickup
then all the other "attached bits"; Manfiold, started, altenatorstarter and alternator can be taken from the vtr engine etc. etc.
However, they are rather thin on the ground; you dont "need" the dshafts, radiator and fans (just modify the hose from the vtr setup.)

youre going to need to run a fuel return line as well. and some form of induction, the vts inlet is wider than vtr so current induction kit will need a new hose or replacing
after selling bits i took off and the fact i fitted mine myself it cost me about £100

if you havent got abs, dont bother trying to fit it imo.
driveshafts, abs sensors, rear hubs, abs unit + ecu, replumb brake lines. not worth the hassle imo, id rather do without anyway.
