A vtr Ported Throttle Body, whats better about them im just wondering if it makes much diffrence or not?

It's not bad, but I wouldn't spend the £50 or whatever people charge on ebay for them.

ok mate give that a miss i think cheers. any other engine mods i could do? its being camed soon, ive got manifold exhaust system, indutiont kit cold air feed?

I thought it was a worthy mod. Felt slightly more responsive etc. Obviously doesnt make it go alot quicker or anything. Not worth £50. Think I paid £20 for mine. Or you could have a go at doing it yourself, with a dremel set, or files etc, then gradually use finer and finer grade peices, and polish it up.

Think theres a guide in the premium section.
If your thinking of getting cams then this may work slightly better as you'll be having a remap i assume.

PH1.... No point in putting that in. For the money (and hassle) you wouldnt notice a difference.

For about £20 then it's worth it, throttle response is a little better and as Raunchz said - every little helps :)

get your head ported and polished, a herd you can get 10% power from getting this done :)

if you do it yourself....yes its worth it, if your diong alot of other mods, eg headwork cams turbo/s-charger/bodies.. then by all means, if your gonna pay or just have breathing mods then no id say theres no real point in doing it tbh
