There is one going on ebay right now for my 1.6 vtr saxo. Should i buy it? what changes will i notice whilst driving the car? and... is it worth it for almost 90 quid?

Absolutly no! I got one of them for free these things are worth £40 new or about £10 2nd hand. For £90 you can buy a raceland enclosed induction which IS better.

I had a bmc and loved mine. Will give you slight gains and you wont get any heat soak, so it will be better for your engine as it will be receiving cooler air. Much cheaper second hand though mate. Iv just sold one for £100

Highly reccommended but there was a thread on here the other day that a guy bought a cheap replica BMC that was just as good but it was £57 new!

Otherwise buy this

I just bought a pipercross viper enclosed induction kit on ebay secondhand for £26...they are £180 new!!

i brought a BMC was well pleased with it, then i put an open cone filter on, loadsa noise but im sure i lost power!!! on went the BMC and got the power back on!! well chuffed and would defo recommend one

mate ive had a viper, the pipercross one you wanted to buy and a bmc, none reli made a huge diff, but the viper did the best job. dont even bother with that pipercross one. made my car worse.
