anyone that suplies and fits vtr/vts engines

hi is there anyone on here or does anyone know of someone who suplies and fits vtr or vts engines.

i want one for my 1998 s reg quiksilver.
the car has done 89,000 miles so idealy like an engine thats done a tad less maybe.
also if so how much would it cost.

not many people will want to supply these engines now, as part of an engine conversion. as they are getting a bit old.

i remember reading on here awhile ago that their is a company you can go to that supply and fit the new engine and its a drive in drive out job which can be done in a day as the enignes are there ready and waiting to go in.

does anyone know who it was that does them and how much for.
if anything just for a comparison for prices.

no i think they are reconditiond 2nd hand engines.
im quite shure i read it on here that you could just drive in and drive out the same day. they keep ur engine and u pay them however much.

yeah any company will charge more than someone doing it out their garage.
im going need a vtr in the quiky soon.
that lads keep ripping me becuase their 1.2 16v's are quicker haha
being used to a 1.6 there is a big drop in power with the 1.4 :(
